Service from Jawad was fantastic.Made a good recommendation for my elderly father. Polite,humble and knowledgeable expertise.Made the process very easy and set clear expectations of delivery , warranty and break in time etc.later on went to buy pillow as well.Worth visiting the place.

The one star is because my experience especially form the sales person....Better Sleep Country is the one at Laird.Sleep country is no special from other places, however reason why I did business is because any purchase over 75$ there is free delivery.If you end up buying a mattress there and go have it delivered...it be helpful for yourself to take picture of the mattress with the name.

Experience at this location was excellent. Wanted to take the mattress same day and jawad recommended a good mattress and also kept the budget,value and same day scenario in consideration and also exhibited patience to listen what was going in my life for that specific day.He wrapped the mattress and also helped to place in the truck.Would be coming to buy another one soon with wife for other room.Easy peasy..
